Sitka Alaska Salmon Fishing
Fishing for Salmon in Alaska
Fishing for Salmon in Alaska
Alaska King Salmon Fishing in Sitka, Alaska is nothing short of spectacular. Sitka is often referred to as Southeast Alaska’s “King Capital” for having the region’s highest king catch rates year in and year out. During the summer months, schools of hungry king salmon move near shore from their wintering grounds in the North Pacific. Here they feed on never ending schools of baitfish, in preparation for their eventual migration, imprinted to their stream of origin. Hard fighting, tasty and in the prime of their lives, king salmon range from 15-65 lbs.
Silver Salmon or “Coho” Fishing in Alaska, and especially in Sitka, can be described in one word – “action!” In much of the same way that the King Salmon do, summer brings incredible schools of Silver Salmon to our waters. Hearty appetites coupled with intense competition within the schools, can create a virtual feeding frenzy.

You won’t have to fight for your fishing spot because we’ll be the only ones there! No competition! No crowds! It will just be us and whomever else is on board that day!)
Your group will fish off of two 33 ft. cabin cruisers with qualified captains who know the local waters.
